User Agreement

Welcome to Gaigo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Gaigo mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

Gaigo is an AI character dialogue application that allows users to interact with AI-generated characters, each with unique personalities, backgrounds, and stories. Users can select topics of interest (such as hobbies or other themes) and input related content. Based on this input, Gaigo will suggest suitable AI characters for users to engage with in conversation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose

• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights

• Use automated means to access or interact with the App

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Virtual Interactions

All characters in the App are fictional and AI-generated. Conversations with AI characters are simulated and do not reflect real human interactions. You understand and agree that the dialogues are for entertainment and exploration purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI characters, dialogue models, graphics, and interface design, are owned by Gaigo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, emotional distress, or personal dissatisfaction from AI interactions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or to us.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
